Gil Vaisman

Founder, Head of Business Development

The son of a developer, Gil grew up going to construction sites from a young age. A firm believer that a great Custom Home can improve your life dramatically, he started building Homes in 2017. Since then, he has devoted himself exclusively to building Homes. He loves witnessing clients’ garages transformed into functional design, whether due to extra living space or meaningful rental income. In his spare time, Gil enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as training for marathons (he’s completed four).

Hugo Ruiz

Head of Production

As a second-generation builder, Hugo has over 20 years of construction experience. His favorite part of working in Custom Home construction is seeing the look of joy when a client can turn their garage into a new home.

During his free time, Hugo enjoys bike riding with his wife and 2 children around the Hollywood reservoir, Elysian Park and Griffith Park.
